Bases:

Get anchor node pairs for all pairs of graphs.

Parameters:

anchor_linkstorch.Tensor: A tensor of shape (num_anchors, num_graphs) containing anchor node indices for each graph.

Returns:

anchor_pairs_dictdict: A dictionary where keys are tuples of graph IDs (gid1, gid2) and values are tensors containing the anchor node pairs between the two graphs
